Above is a basic but with full solutions of powder coating line setup which includes pretreatment, automatic powder coating spray and curing furnace. Each device can vary according to different powder coating applications. It can be a basic conveyorised powder coating spray and drying setup or with a complex liquid cleaning pretreatment with precise fluid controller. Every component or device is optional due to onsite production requirements.
This is an example of aluminum profile powder coating line with horizontal conveyor setup. Due to the extra long profile pieces, there’re auto uploader and downloader on front station. Also, gas fired powder coating furnace is very slim setup to reduce energy consumption and maximum heat circulation.
Anfengtai automatic powder coating booth is constructed with automatic powder spray and recycle. Recycled powder can be instant reuse through powder pump. Reciprocators are fixed on spray booth two sides with multiple powder coating guns. On entrance and exit there’re manual stations. So when the workpiece is complex design with dead angles, operator can do slight manaul spray directly. Or if there’s very light production, we can shut down automatic spray gun directly and use manaul option.
With our precised air blow control and booth optimization, all powder coating particles are collected within spray booth area. Either automatic or manual spray will maintain a clean environment.
